About Me
I'm Rhonda,
I have a passion for helping young women learn to manage their mind & emotions (a skill rarely taught these days).
My mission is to create a Nice Girl Revolution that stamps out the mean girl culture. But it starts with being nice to ourselves so we can then build quality friendships & connections.
Ultimately, my clients are able to coach themselves through future problems, reinvent themselves to their highest self, and demonstrate exceptional self-confidence that builds amazing, life-long friendships.

Our kids are rarely taught how to manage their minds to become emotionally mature adults.

So I've made it my mission to help college aged (and even high school) women learn how their own thoughts and feelings influence them to take (or not to take) action towards the results they want in life.
Young Adults tend to have thoughts like:
-
My problems are because of this circumstance I'm facing

-
It wasn't my fault

-
If my roommate would stop/start doing xyz, everything would be fine.
In other words - My issues are outside of me and I have no control over them.
Let's get our college students ready for real life, by teaching them how to coach themselves through daily life challenges. Once they are emotionally strong, they can build quality friendships that will last a lifetime.
If you are a parent, and you struggle with getting through to your own child - you aren't alone.
It's very hard to parent/coach your own child, but that's not to say that parents don't have the ultimate influence over their kids, it's just sometimes easier for a child to take advice, ideas and feedback from a neutral, untethered person.
Expand the circle of influence.
-
Dial in a mentor/life coach to expand their mindset.

-
Improve the quality of their life.

-
Hire a Life Coach.
I'm ready! Are you?

You are here, because you realize you have more control over your life than you think you do! You're just not sure where or how to start making positive changes in your life.
